Pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors dated 24.06.2019 and pursuant to the provisions of articles 40 and 184 of Law 4548/2018, the nominalization of bearer shares΄ titles issued by the Company and the holders must be registered in ” Shareholders’ Book. “Following the above, Messrs. shareholders of the company as they proceed directly to the premises of the company [Lycavittou street no. 10, 1st floor] during working days and 9:00 am to 17.00 (Secretariat Office, Head: Katerina Dogaki, tel .: 2100081299, e-mail: info@360u.gr) and by 31/12/2019 at the latest, in order to:

(a) Deliver the bearer shares’ titles or other evidence of the ownership of the public limited liability or the rights they hold. It is noted that the titles will be checked at the General Meetings.

(b) Enroll in the Shareholders’ Book, giving the relevant identification data, which are required by the Legislation, and to obtain a relevant certificate of registration so that they can receive the respective titles following their issue.

(c) The titles of the bearer shares will be canceled and the shareholders will receive, on the basis of their subscription to the shareholder ‘s book, the respective registered titles that will incorporate the shares they own.

It is noted that: after January 1st of 2020 and whilst the shareholders or other beneficiaries have not announced their rights, the shares do not provide shareholder rights and can not be transferred.
