TUTORS – TEAM

Vassilis Tzortzis holds a degree from Athens University of Economics & Business and continued his personal development in the UK at the University of Leicester, Durham University Business School and HERIO-Watt University on the field of Business Analysis & Operational Research, Management and Business Administration. He held executive roles and responsibilities at the Financial Department of many Greek and multinational companies. He has more than 20 years of experience as a certified tutor of specialized programs in financial management and support, strategic planning, risk management and professional negotiations.

He has presented, as a visiting professor, specialized programs and management simulation games at postgraduate programs of universities and corpotate unions in Greece and the EU. He is a Certified Professional Negotiator and Executive Mentor and participates in executive private and group development programs.

PROGRAM’S GOALS

The Professional Training Program on business negotiations, aims in contributing in depth at the professional specialization and certification of companies’ executives on sales, developing at the same time a new generation of professional sales negotiators who will be capable of completing challenging tasks.

Except from the trainers-professional negotiators part of the team consists of numerous partners (actors, technicians, psychologist, legal advisors, and executive coaches) that are going to take place in high level role play scenarios along with the group of participants. The program content includes also business games and video analysis.

The final group case study includes sales role plays takes part in a theater stage available only for the training of the participants.

MODULES & METHODOLOGY

Prior to the presentation of the educational project, specially designed questionnaires are sent to the participants evaluating the behaviors, the values, the needs and talents, in order to adapt the content to the specific needs.
