Dimitris Serafimidis has been working since 1993 as a Business Advisor and Educational Programs Tutor. He has consulting experience in Customer Service, Sales, Management and Organization. He has also training experience of more than 10,000 hours in seminars held in more than 300 companies and attended by more than 10,000 participants. He has worked with large and small businesses, Greek and international. In all his collaborations he emphasizes on the achievement of goals and results through people's motivation and engagement in the project. His professional career started on the Automotive and Information Technology sector. He has been employed in sales and marketing, in executive and front line positions. He has studied Marketing Management at the American College of Greece - Deree College. He holds a postgraduate degree in the same subject from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration of the University of Rochester, New York (top-20 business school) with a tuition scholarship.
